Creating A New External Agent In Campaign Manager

Procedure

1. Log in to Campaign Manager.
2. Navigate to Settings > External Agents.
3. Click the button and select New external agent.
4. Enter the required information in the General tab:

5. In the Parameters and required fields tab, leave the Alterian.creativeui.message, Alterian.datafile.directory, and Alterian.datafile.name fields empty. If a message is inserted in the message field, that message is used in all campaigns.
